On March 7th, 2011 John met with Michael Ignatieff’s advisors and faith leaders from many traditions in Ottawa, including the Hindu Federation of Canada, the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, the Canadian Council of Imams, and Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (just to name a few) to discuss how they can play a greater role in helping to alleviate poverty at home and abroad, protect the environment and promote peace.
